Holiday travel companions

“With the end-of-year travel season upon us, who are you hitting the road with? This trio of female mule deer in the San Juan/Abajo area traveled together!

“Since being collared with GPS technology in early December 2023, this 10 1/2-year-old matriarch and her younger companions have been moving in sync.”
